Shipping Policy

To Our Valued Customers,

Currently GlamLocksWigs use the services of UPS and USPS exclusively for shipping. Please note shipping methods and transit times only take effect after the order has been fully processed and marked as shipped by the carrier. Paying for expedited shipping does not speed up the orders processing item, only delivery / transit time. Listed in the shopping cart you’ll have select options such as the following for your timely delivery within the contiguous US.

PROCESSING: All orders are subject to a 3 business day processing time frame. unless items are listed as same day shipping.

SAME DAY SHIPPING: To ensure your order ships the same day, The item has to be labeled as SAMEDAY and orders must be placed by 1pm CST for a same day ship out. Any order placed after the listed time, Will ship the next business day.

SHIPPING CHARGES: The total cost for purchase or any product will include the shipping charges shown on your GlamLocksWigs invoice. Original shipping fees are non- refundable in the case of returned products. These fees are for paid services for delivery provided by the carrier, and will not be refunded if your items are returned for a refund back to GlamLocksWigs.

LOST PACKAGES: In the event you encounter a lost package, The customer must contact the shipping carrier ( USPS or UPS) Trace department to open a missing package claim. The investigation can take anywhere between 1-30 days before a resolution is reached. For you to received a refund from GlamLocksWigs your claim would have to be closed out as lost by the shipping company with the proper paperwork supplied.
